This evening on the dog walk, on the bike ride, saw me on Ashlawn Road, Rugby, capturing images of the sun setting at the famous, landmarked, water tower! Symphony was left at home and the bike was out having been told by my GP to exercise, lose weight and lower my BP! I'm sure he wouldn't be impressed with me standing for 20minutes while this event took place!

Time for bed.....................zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz!

Emergence!

Isn't early Spring wonderful? It warms the heart and soul and makes everything feel (almost) perfect! This morning, I concentrated (mainly) on theme of "emergence"!

A day at work today and not finishing until 1900hrs saw me enjoying a brilliant spring day from the driving seat of a GP "out of hours" Skoda! Luckily, the day hadn't ended when I got home and a late walk with Symphony enabled capture of the sunset. Compensation at least!
